March: A Month of Transition, Renewal, and Wellness

Hey! its March and I don’t know about you but I’m excited because the sun has appeared and March is a month of transition, marking the arrival of spring in the Northern Hemisphere and autumn in the Southern Hemisphere. Named after Mars, the Roman god of war, it has historically symbolised renewal, action, and change. With the changing seasons comes a shift in our bodies, habits, and nutritional needs—making it the perfect time to reassess our health and well-being.


Seasonal Shifts and Your Health

As temperatures fluctuate, so do our bodies' requirements. In spring, the longer daylight hours and rising temperatures encourage more outdoor activity, but they also bring seasonal allergies and shifts in digestion.


On the other side of the globe, autumn sets in with cooler temperatures, requiring a stronger focus on immunity and warmth.

Regardless of where you are, seasonal transitions impact your body's ability to adapt to new foods, allergens, and environmental changes.
